Reset.

I don’t do this often enough.

Power of Reset

Just sit. No agenda. No phone. No need to “make something happen.”

For a while, it feels uncomfortable. The mind keeps going back to pending tasks, unfinished conversations, things that need attention.

And then… slowly, it settles.

The noise quietens. The urgency fades. Thoughts begin to sort themselves out.

You don’t necessarily walk away with answers.
But you do feel different.

A little lighter.
A little calmer.
A little clearer about what actually matters.

In the middle of everything we chase, maybe we underestimate this.

The simple act of pausing.

Of stepping away.

Of resetting.
