The gooseberry tree at home reminded me that leadership has seasons too. Some are full of growth and momentum. Others seem uneventful. But each season has its purpose. The challenge is to understand where you are and lead accordingly.

After more than three decades working with leaders around the world, I wanted to create something focused entirely on leadership from the inside out. Iceberg Leadership is that commitment, and I’m excited to begin this journey.
