Last night, I crossed 20,000 connections on LinkedIn.
I know it’s not a number to make a lot of noise about, but it’s enough to make me reflect on how this space has grown over time.
Some connections came from quick exchanges. Some from long comment threads. Some from messages that turned into thoughtful conversations. And some from people I’ve never met, but whose words have made me stop and think.
What has changed for me over the past few months is the intent behind what I share here. Less about garnering likes, and more about starting conversations. Less about saying something clever, and more about saying something honest.
I’m grateful for the conversations. For disagreements as much as agreements, and the perspectives that challenged my own. And for those who read quietly and never engage or comment… you matter too.
To each of my connections, thanks a ton for being part of my journey.
PS: If you’d like to connect with me on LinkedIn, you’re most welcome to do so HERE.
