Trust The Journey
When I look at this old photograph of mine, I see a version of myself that trusted the journey. No urgency. No need for certainty. Just movement. Somewhere along the way, I forgot how powerful that can be.
I write about growth, clarity and leadership. Short reflections to help you pause, reset and move forward with greater intention.

I’ve been using a fluorescent green suitcase because it removes one small decision. Over time, those small reductions add up. Leadership often lies in fewer daily decisions that reduce friction, conserve energy, and help us focus on what truly matters.

Watching wasps build a nest reminded me that leadership does not always announce itself. When teamwork just works, it often looks like shared effort, clear roles, and steady progress built through trust rather than visibility.

On my weekend walks along the Adyar river, I am reminded that some of the most meaningful things are hidden in plain sight. Clarity and possibility often exist right beside our routines, waiting for us to pause and pay attention.

Growth hasn’t come to me through clarity or comfort. It has come through confusion, resistance, and messy stretches I wished away. Like the lotus, what’s strongest in us forms quietly in the mud, long before anything beautiful becomes visible.

This morning, as the sun reflected on the metal railing of my balcony, I paused. That ordinary moment reminded me that leadership is often shaped not by grand events, but by quiet moments that ask for attention rather than urgency.
