How To Give Better Feedback

DAY 12: 90 Days. 90 Sparks.

Feedback is a gift. But only when it’s given with care.

Too vague? It confuses.
Too harsh? It shuts people down.
Too nice? It stalls progress.

The best feedback?
– Clear, not cryptic.
– Direct, not harsh.
– Actionable, not abstract.

That means:
– Say what worked.
– Call out what didn’t.
– Make it about the work, not the person.

And always remember:
If it only flows one way, it’s not feedback. It’s a lecture.

Today’s Spark:
Feedback should build, not bruise.
