It’s creating space for the other person to feel seen, heard, and safe.
Great listeners do this well:
– They pause before responding.
– They ask, “Tell me more.”
– They listen without jumping to solve.
Because when you truly listen,
Walls drop, trust grows, and better ideas surface.
