DAY 13: 90 Days. 90 Sparks.

Most people don’t listen to understand.
They listen to reply — or worse, to defend, fix, or move on.

But real listening is different.
It’s not waiting for your turn to talk.
It’s creating space for the other person to feel seen, heard, and safe.

Great listeners do this well:
– They pause before responding.
– They ask, “Tell me more.”
– They listen without jumping to solve.

Because when you truly listen,
Walls drop, trust grows, and better ideas surface.

Today’s Spark:
To be heard, start by listening.
