For more than three decades, I’ve had the privilege of helping organisations and professionals learn, grow, and perform better.

Along the way, I’ve worked with leaders across industries, countries, and cultures. Those experiences reinforced a belief that leadership isn’t just about what we do on the outside. It’s equally about what’s happening on the inside.

That belief eventually led me to write The Inner Game of Leadership. It inspired deeper exploration into the human side of leadership and sparked countless conversations about what it really takes to lead effectively in today’s world.

As I look ahead, I feel a growing desire to invest more time in helping others navigate their own leadership journeys.

Iceberg Leadership is my way of doing that.
