1. Our Services
- We offer leadership workshops, learning programmes, events, mentorship and related services through this website.
- Details of each workshop or programme, including the date, venue, duration, format, fees and other relevant information, will be provided on the applicable booking or registration page.
- We reserve the right to modify the content, schedule, format, venue, facilitator or other aspects of a workshop where reasonably necessary.
2. Registration and Booking
- A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received; and a confirmation has been issued by us.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
- If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to make the booking and payment on behalf of that organisation.
3. Fees and Payments
- All fees displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
- Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be indicated wherever applicable.
- Payments are processed through the payment gateway made available on the Website. We do not have access to or store your complete card, UPI, net banking or other payment credentials.
- A payment receipt or booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
4. Workshop Participation
- A workshop booking is intended for the individual participant(s) specified during registration.
- A booking may not be transferred to another person without our prior approval, except where participant substitution is expressly permitted under the applicable workshop’s cancellation and refund terms.
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during the workshop.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation where a participant’s conduct is disruptive, abusive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate. In such cases, any refund will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Workshop Changes or Cancellation by Us
- While we make reasonable efforts to conduct workshops as scheduled, circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require us to postpone, reschedule, change the venue or format, or cancel a workshop.
- If we cancel a workshop, participants will generally be offered either:
- a transfer to the rescheduled workshop; or
- a full refund of the amount paid for that workshop.
- Where a workshop is postponed or rescheduled, we will communicate the revised arrangements to registered participants.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content provided as part of our workshops and programmes, including presentations, exercises, worksheets, videos, recordings, documents, frameworks, tools, graphics, written material and other resources, remains our intellectual property or the intellectual property of the relevant rights holder.
- You may use materials provided to you for your own personal or professional learning.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, commercially exploit or share such materials with third parties without our prior written permission.
7. Workshop Recordings and Photography
- Where a workshop is recorded, photographed or otherwise documented, participants will be informed where appropriate.
- Any use of participant images, video or testimonials for promotional purposes will be subject to applicable permissions and consent.
8. Third-Party Services
- The Website may use third-party service providers, including payment gateway providers, hosting providers, communication services and other technology providers.
- Your use of such third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
