Leading When You Don’t Have The Answers

DAY 69: 90 Days. 90 Sparks.

Not having all the answers isn’t a failure.
It’s part of what makes leadership real.

Because leadership isn’t about certainty.
It’s about navigating uncertainty with courage.

People aren’t looking for a flawless script.
They’re looking for someone who’s real.
Someone who says,
“I don’t know yet. But I’m here. I’m listening. And we’ll figure it out.”

Trying to mask the unknown only breeds mistrust.
Naming it builds connection.
It builds belief.

So when the answers are unclear,
Offer your presence.
Offer your process.
Offer your people a path forward. Even if it’s just one next step.

Today’s Spark:
You don’t need all the answers to lead. Just the courage to show up.
