Don’t Settle For Compliance. Build Alignment.

DAY 45: 90 Days. 90 Sparks.

As a leader, I’ve learned this the hard way:
You can get people to comply… through authority, process, or pressure.
But that’s not the same as alignment.

Compliance checks boxes.
Alignment builds belief.

I’ve seen the difference… in meetings, decisions, and outcomes.
When people are aligned, they don’t just “do” the work… they “own” it.

They:
– Understand the “why” behind the “what”
– Care about the outcomes, not just the tasks
– Challenge and contribute, not just follow

That kind of buy-in takes more effort.
It needs clarity. Conversation. Trust.
But the results? Exponentially better.

Today’s Spark:
Compliance drives effort. Alignment drives ownership.
