I met the inspirational Foodking Sarathbabu last afternoon. His leadership journey from the slums of Chennai to India’s leading boardrooms is powerful, but it was his humility and warmth that stayed with me.

I’ve noticed that silence at the top creates noise below. When leaders don’t spell out priorities or intent, teams begin guessing. Assumptions multiply, clarity fades, and confusion fills the space.

I stopped by the Odyssey bookstore yesterday. I was curious to see if my book was on the shelf. It was. What I didn’t expect was seeing it in the “Best Sellers” section!

Watching India lift the Under-19 Men’s Cricket World Cup was a proud moment. What stood out wasn’t just individual brilliance, but calm decision-making, shared trust, and players stepping up when it mattered.

Crossing 20,000 connections on LinkedIn made me think about why I write here. These days, it’s less about garnering likes and more about starting conversations. Less about saying something clever, and more about saying something honest.
