This arrived last evening.

And it marks the beginning of something I’ve been working on for the past few months.

Over the past three decades, I’ve been building businesses globally, leading teams, making difficult decisions, getting things wrong, figuring things out, and learning non-stop along the way.

Now, I’m ready to take those lessons and use them to help aspiring leaders, first-time managers and experienced professionals navigate their own leadership journeys.

Why do I feel I can help?

Because… I’ve been there.

I’ve been the founder trying to figure things out. I’ve been the leader making decisions without having all the answers. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve had setbacks. I’ve had to learn, unlearn and relearn… more times than I can count!

And most importantly, I’ve learned that leading others starts with learning to lead yourself.
