We often talk about company culture like it’s a team activity.
 
But here’s the truth:
Culture is personal before it’s collective.
 
It’s shaped by what you model.
What you allow.
What you repeat… even unconsciously.
 
Every interaction…
Every decision…
Every silence…
It all signals something.
 
And over time, those signals become the norms.
The norms become the culture.
 
If you’re a leader, you don’t just influence culture.
You ARE the culture… whether you realise it or not.
 
So ask yourself:
What part of the culture starts with me?
