I’ve spoken to large rooms. Presented at conferences. Given keynotes. Led teams. Had countless conversations. But put a lens in front of me and suddenly I’m hyper-aware. Of how I’m sitting. How I’m speaking. How I look. How I sound.

Growth doesn’t always happen in the areas where we’re already comfortable. Sometimes it hides in the places we avoid.

The camera, for me, is definitely one of those places.

But I showed up anyway. Because the message matters more than the discomfort.

Still recovering. But also… a little proud.
