Giving Back To My Alma Mater

There’s something special about going back to where it all began…

I’m happy to share that I’ve been selected as a Mentor with the Alumni Mentorship Program at my alma mater, the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

Over the years, I’ve come to appreciate how much of our growth is shaped not just by experiences, but by the conversations we have along the way… the ones that challenge our thinking, expand our perspective, and influence the choices we make.

This opportunity feels like a chance to give back to a place that has played an important role in my own journey… by supporting others as they navigate theirs.

I don’t see mentoring as having answers… more as being available for dialogue, reflection, and shared exploration.

Looking forward to the conversations ahead… and to learning through them.
