DAY 40: 90 Days. 90 Sparks.
Inclusion doesn’t start with policies.
It starts with people. Especially the ones in power.
You can’t just assign inclusion to HR.
Or ask your team to “be more inclusive.”
Then act in ways that tell a different story.
Because people watch what leaders do.
– Who you invite to speak
– Whose ideas you acknowledge
– Who gets the seat at the table
Inclusion is built in the small, everyday signals.
And those signals start with you.
So don’t just talk about inclusion.
Live it. Model it. Lead it.
Today’s Spark:
Inclusion doesn’t trickle down. It cascades from the top.
