To prioritise speed over depth.
To favour visibility over value.
But every time I’ve zoomed out…
Paused to reflect.
Chosen principles over pressure.
Invested in people, not just output.
It’s paid off.
Not always immediately. But meaningfully.
Because not all impact is instant.
And the best decisions?
They age well.
