What Does It Really Mean To Be A Leader?

DAY 1: 90 Days. 90 Sparks.

For years, I thought leadership was about having the title, setting the vision, and being the one with all the answers.

Turns out, real leadership starts somewhere quieter — within.

Before you can lead others, you have to lead yourself.
Through uncertainty. Through discomfort. Through that voice in your head that whispers, “What if I’m not ready?”

Leadership isn’t about control. It’s about responsibility.
It’s not about making noise, but making space… for others, and for growth.
Not about knowing it all, but being open to learning… every single day.

So if you’re showing up, asking the hard questions, and doing the inner work… you’re already leading.

Today’s Spark:
Leadership isn’t a title you earn. It’s a choice you make.
