DAY 11: 90 Days. 90 Sparks.
Let’s be honest… most meetings drain energy.
Too long. Too vague. Too many people wondering why they’re even there.
A great meeting does three things:
– Brings clarity
– Sparks action
– Respects everyone’s time
That means:
– Have a purpose. If there’s no clear “why,” cancel it.
– Keep it tight. 30 minutes is plenty when you’re focused.
– Invite only who’s needed. Not everyone needs a seat at every table.
– End with outcomes. Who’s doing what by when?
Because when meetings are intentional, people show up differently… engaged, prepared, and ready to move.
Today’s Spark:
Bad meetings waste time. Great ones drive progress.
